The Stirring Waters

Bodies of water have long been revered as sacred places. Whether they be hot springs or running streams, these liminal spaces serve as locations for personal and communal reflection and restoration.

Like in all things however, healing does not come easy, nor does healing come quickly when we disregard the harm that caused our need for restoration in the first place. Yet it is only when we allow ourselves to acknowledge the harm that has been done that we locate and allow ourselves the ability to move into the stirring waters that we find our course towards wholeness and liberation.
