It is important for us, no matter who we are and what our faith tradition, to acknowledge that we are at times not only exposed to evil in our midst, but sometimes we participate knowingly or unknowingly in the perpetration of – even the protection of – such evil within our communities. How can we do a better job of responding to evil in our midst? How can we prevent evil from happening within our community of sacred trust? (This is the 2022-23 BRUU Auction sermon.)
