The Maintenance, Aesthetics, and Construction committee (MAC) provides and maintains the physical structure, security and systems of BRUU’s facilities and activities. Tasks include performing maintenance, coordinating major structural and other projects, and developing and implementing a security plan.  There is an existing priority list based on funds available and need to be repaired. Items that either require more skill than congregants have or are larger than can be handled are hired out.  Most regular repairs are covered in the MAC line item under repairs. Larger items are either paid via the Life Cycle maintenance fund or through a capital campaign.
