BRUU’S Budget

The proposed operational budget shows how we financially support our community. By offering fair compensation to our staff, taking care of our building, and hiring support staff to take over key responsibilities that have in the past been done by volunteers (hiring a part time bookkeeper and custodian) we can provide the structure to support our efforts to be a safe community for seeking and service. To fund our operational budget, we rely on the pledges of our membership. BRUU is an autonomous entity and therefore does not get any financial support from the Unitarian Universalists Association (UUA), it is up to us to reflect our values through membership and our financial contribution to our community.
